• We primarily serve Orange County and the surrounding areas. Please contact us to confirm if your specific location is within our service range.
Appointment and Scheduling
What should I expect the chiropractor to bring to the appointment?
• The chiropractor will bring a portable treatment table, any necessary tools for adjustments, and sanitizing supplies to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Can I receive treatment if I have pets at home?
• Yes, you can receive treatment with pets at home. However, for safety and comfort, it's recommended to keep pets in a separate room during the session.
How do I prepare for a mobile chiropractic visit?
• Ensure the treatment area is clean and free of distractions. Wear comfortable clothing and have your medical history information readily available.
Can I schedule same-day appointments?
• Same-day appointments may be available depending on the chiropractor's schedule. It's best to call and check availability.
What is your procedure for inclement weather or travel disruptions?

Can you provide care for multiple family members during one visit?
• Yes, we can schedule back-to-back appointments for multiple family members during one visit. Please inform us when booking so we can allocate sufficient time.

Fees & Payments
When & How do I make pay for my appointment?
*To ensure a seamless experience, please note that fees are expected at the conclusion of your appointment. We provide various payment options, including cash, local checks, major credit cards, ZELLE and VENMO. For complete details, kindly review our fees page.
Is there an additional travel fee?
*If you are located within my designated service area, no additional travel fee will be incurred. For clients outside of this area, appointment acceptance is typically limited to those representing businesses or groups. Nevertheless, this policy allows for flexibility. Feel free to initiate a discussion to further explore the specifics of your location and requirements.
Can I use my health insurance for your services?
*I do not accept health insurance. However, I can provide you with a receipt for potential reimbursement from your insurance company. The receipts are emailed with the visit date and fee, but please note that I do not provide diagnostic or treatment codes, and I do not assist with the reimbursement process.
Do you handle personal injury cases?
*I do not handle personal injury cases. However, if you require assistance with chiropractic care or have other concerns, feel free to contact me for further information.
Do you handle worker’s compensation cases?
*No, I do not handle worker’s compensation cases. If you need assistance with worker’s compensation, please seek a provider who specializes in these cases.
Confidentiality
How is my personal health information handled?
All information you provide, whether through new patient forms, contact forms, or via voicemail and text messages, is exclusively handled by me, Dr. Quincy Monroe. This data is used strictly for diagnostic, treatment, and communication purposes. Your personal health information remains confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your explicit written consent. Additionally, all patient records are securely stored in a HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based system through Google Workspace.
